Over the past 20 years, Cecilia Liu has worked in the executive teams for Fortune 100 companies, including Siemens, Daimler, IBM, and Sanofi-Aventis in the U.S., Germany, and China. Most recently she serves as a Management Board Member at Global Headquarters of Siemens. Under her leadership, the Business Unit has achieved 300% of target for business improvement, and set a historical record that has never reached before.  Cecilia has extremely broad experience in a wide range of functions, including strategy, operations, finance, sales & marketing, competitive intelligence, mergers & acquisitions, product life cycle management, supply chain management, quality management, project management, risk management, and more. Her industry experience spans healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology, automobiles, transportation, and services. Cecilia  has received three university degrees, of which two Master degrees from the US and Germany. For her MBA studies in the US, she has graduated with the highest honor, and been awarded the honor of National Chancellor’s List 2004/2005, which is the award to only 1% of graduate students nationwide.  Cecilia has extensive international experience and is trilingual. She has great passion and appreciation in diverse cultures. Her life events have brought her to Dr. and Master Sha in 2008. The greatest love and total commitment to service to all humanity from Dr. and Master Sha have deeply touched her heart, and inspired her to leave her senior executive position and corporate life, and join  Dr. and Master Sha in his humanitarian work. It is her heart desire to serve humanity with all what she has been given and prepared for.
